Need a break from reality?  Ready for the sand and salt life?  Look no further.  Welcome to Edgewater 701.

The Edgewater Beach Resort sits on a beautiful stretch of the Emerald Coast in the Destin/Miramar Beach area of the Florida panhandle.  The balconies boast wonderful views of the gulf coast, private resort beach, and pools.

The private beach access is direct, just pass the pools and showers.  There is no crossing streets like some resorts in the area.

BEACH CONDOS AVAILABLE FOR VACATIONS AND CELEBRATIONS.

Need a place to sit back and relax with family or friends?  Let our Edgewater 701 be your beach condo for an extended weekend, week, or month.  Rates and minimum nights vary by season.

- Access to the resorts private gulf, white-sand beach.

- Available year long for booking, based on availability.

- Chair service setup included, with 1 umbrella and 2 beach chairs, during the season (March through October) during each full day of your stay.  Additional setups available for purchase.

- Free parking on-site.  Covered garages (depending upon vehicle height) and uncovered along the resorts main building.
